What happens when you win one Lichess tournament?

I like to play tournaments but I'm not good to can win them, I always finish in top 10 or max top 5. What happens when you finish top 1? Something special?

Nothing special; you can save and print them to show it to your friends.
It's like tournament points, only for fun.
