How can I become a Top 100 Blitz Player?

Hey. So as you can probably tell by the title, I'd like to make that burst to the top 100. I've played almost 900 games on lichess and I've hovered around the 2100-2200 range. I'm rated 2261 now but that's only good enough for #234. It seems like I still have a long way to go!

I play with a touchpad which might slow me down, but I don't find myself losing on time too often. I'm rated 2077 USCF, so maybe I need to improve in general :)

Does anyone have any tips?

well, i was top 100 at Koth, but I played 0-1 and I have a gaming mouse, So maybe this isn't helpful. But anyway, I just played a lot of tourneys and tried to get my rating up that way. If I got too huge a losing streak, I left and came back later.
^Yes. lol. Learn to leave if your not in 'rhythm'. At least, that's what you should do in antichess.
You play 3+0, the touchpad is slowing you down.

Not gonna say it's like quake controller vs keyboard/mouse but you waste at least 30 seconds.

With a decent mouse / display setup you also improve the focus on the game. You will always have the disadvantage of the endgame. While your opponent knows exactly it doesn't matter if he goes below 30 seconds because he can premove like 90% of the endgame, you will struggle with it.

It's impossible to compete with a mobile / tablet vs this.
