Of course I've noticed this with the new Watch tab and International Events but I'm wondering what else this means for Lichess and FICS, if anything. Nobody has "worked" on FICS in ages but of course Lichess is the hottest chess site out. Will FICS be providing anything else in the foreseeable future that contributes to Lichess?
FICS isn't working with lichess. Lichess basically just logs onto FICS and gets what it wants from FICS.
I see. Obviously that's allowed or you guys wouldn't be doing it but how does FICS not mind that you're basically just relaying their own broadcasts?
Interesting. Thank you. I was reading through there and no ...other than directly trying to speak to admins and TD's by logging onto FICS, you never get a response through any of the contact forms or emails on their website anymore.
