New accounts should not be allowed to take part in rated tournaments

The reason new accounts should not be allowed to take part in rated tournaments are:
1.This discourages cheating by new accounts whose only purpose is to troll, cheat, rise to the top and then get labeled.
2.This discourages experienced players from creating alts to disrupt the order of Top 10, artificially lower other people's rating, etc.
3.For some variants with a lot of opening traps such as atomic and antichess new players generally get beaten very hard. What usually happens is that a new guy gets lowered to really low rating and then rise up sometimes just by beating even newer guys. For such variants perhaps basic training should be provided common traps pointed out and first several games of such a variant by any account unrated by default (though they can turn it off)
It does not matter whether someone in the Top 10 intentionally does so to lower the rating or ranking of other people, it is just disruptive to have people, clearly experienced, come here and rise to the top in one day unless this person indeed has no active accounts here.
I like the first point. but this has already been asked by Kingscrusher-youtube
#3 The second point is especially relevant to the antichess community. Look at the atomic community, peaceful and friendly, without such issues. The anti community I just joined not too far ago was and still is very chaotic for three reasons:
1.Accusations of cheating, real or not. We don't know even one person who is caught cheating in anti by the Lichess system. This can be rectified by implementing an anti engine. I can ask people in the community to help getting the engine and downloading the book lines and end game databases (mostly less than or equal to 4 pieces).
2.Excessive alting. There are just too many 1-day 2600+ people, almost (if not completely) all of which are alts by existing top players. And of course...with alting exists so do accusation including false accusation of alting. I have already seen at least two. I will disclose these IDs but this is really weird. Accusation of alting is as excessive as alting itself.
3.Too many chat-banned good players. Communication becomes impossible without alting since too many people can not talk in public. Since chat bans are permanent (which should not be true in most cases) this just make problem 2 worse. That's why non-banned people are even trying to use two accounts, one of them banned just in order to communicate with the banned people, who are a large percentage of active players since banned people can talk (they just do not get seen by non-banned people). On the other hand, banned people use alts to talk.
#4 Sorry I will NOT disclose these IDs.

It was a typo.
"new players generally get beaten very hard"

This happens in everything, including standard chess

I don't think it has anything to do with opening traps; very few people below ~1900 can even refute the easiest openings like 1. e4 without cheating with a book, since antichess time controls are usually small

#6 I beated a new guy with 1.e3 d6?? since it is a line I have studied: all forced moves from beginning to end. If he were not a new guy d6 would have never be played.
I would guess that you are in the minority that actually memorises forced lines.

What's the point?
The point? To be close to a book line. Anti is mostly almost solved..it is a wonderful thing to approximate solved lines without resorting to cheating..there is a beauty in it.

Do you see what's going on in the anti community recently? I ask for moderators' attention because this is already getting disruptive now.. People attacking each other for real and supposed cheating. People attacking each other for real and supposed alt-making. People making alts because of chat bans.
