Pre move errors?

hello, last few games i had I couldn't move a piece to d4 or d2 sometimes. really annoying and caused me to lose some games. I think on my game board the pawn was on d3. And yet when I look on analysis it is on d3. Also, I couldn't seem to move said d3 pawn to d4. I suppose because it was on d2 the whole time. But on my own board it was on d3. http://en.lichess.org/nmB46qjG

It happened a previous game that I couldnt take on d4 with a pawn?? Alright I found it. In the game I moved e3. You always do in this game. And yet I guess it made the move on the board but not in the real game. I spent 20 secs trying to retake on d4 with the e3 pawn. But as I look in the analysis, that pawn was not really there.

Maybe these are premove errors. I premoved these pawn moves in both games.
I've had the same thing happen, it can happen with any piece :s I guess it makes sense that it's something related to premoving.
It's clearly just a visual glitch and doesn't seem to be very common, but when it happens it's pretty much a guaranteed loss...
Something is wrong since today! Here it happens in EVERY black game I play. All my premoves in the beginning are not displayed and I have to refresh several times until the game is in sync again.
Of course this costs me around 20-30 seconds which is important in fast games. Please provide a fix.
I'm absolutely unable to reproduce that bug, which makes the fix quite difficult.
I can only say that the server also reacts quite slowly today on certain things too. If I want to issue a challenge and click on play
it needs up to 10 seconds until the window for creating the conditions for a challenge appears.
It happens when you try to pre-move more than once before your opponents move. pre-move is registered as your opponent's move and sometimes even pieces and colors are changed. it surely happens more often in bullet games where you try to make more than one pre-move just out of habit as it is available on other websites where you can effectively use it in openings and endgames. Don't pre-move more than once and it won't happen. good luck.
I never do more than one premove. So it is not the case here.
best is to record your screen with some screencasting software and upload somewhere so that we can see what exactly is happening.
As it happens here practically in every game it was easy to create a screenshot. Note that it did not happen the days before today.
It always appears in the early stage of a game and can even happen several times after a refresh. Normal play is not possible anymore. Thanks god I am only in the mood for casual games tonight.
(BTW this is Comodo Dragon a Chrome offspring, just for the curious ones...)

OK qoataop, we're making progress.
It would help a great deal if you opened your browser dev tools (Ctrl+Shift+i),
then check the console for JavaScript errors.
See if you can screenshot error messages after the bug occurs.
Many thanks!
