what are black's opportunities now?

hello,
this is a game i've just played. at this point i was a pawn up but i suddenly "lost the way" and didnt know to do next. i will appreciate suggestions about what should be my short-term and middle-term goals (assuming that the long-term goal is winning, of course) and how they can be best carried out.

please take into consideration that both me and my opponent are rated +/- 1400 and that our understanding of the game is in accordance to that. the reason i don't just give it to the computer is that it gives a solution but doesn't explain the way.

thanks!

i would say this game would be very strong with few mistakes if you had not blundered the game.Your oppent played better than any 1400 i have seen.Move 25 letting the rook in the 7th rank wasnt very smart you dont want his powerful pieces in your area and of course the a mate thing but im far from an expert.
I connot believe you played the game mecanically.
So you obviously has short term plans to your moves.
The long term plan is created by searching to create advantages.

thank you very much DontReadThis for looking at the game. my opponent's rating was invisible to me, i guess i underestimated him. i see now the "break point" in this game was allowing him to the 7th rank and it should have been prevented earlier. i learned from your answer

thank you very much
