Has anyone found that on certain networks they can’t get access to Lichess? It appears Lichess has implemented a security policy that blocks certain IP addresses but allows others for a given user.
Is this true? If true why?
I have no idea if they are banning IPs, many people have said they do. maybe use the contact form to ask, if they are banning IPs, they might have a mechanism to let you log in via a banned IP.
Putting restrictions on IPs isn't very effective. If can affect many innocent people and won't stop a pest with motivation.
