Nice try but 1700 elo level 5 stockfish is better then some 1900-1950 rated here players I know what I am saying becouse I got very nice colection of wins vs 1800 to 1939 rated players so yeah it's very high level of difficulty to win with this level stronger players migth disagree but for 70% players hare this level is hard as hell
A 1900 rated player will beat the 1700 rated stockfish more often than not, the reason why you can sneak a game or two of them and not stockfish is because computers are much less prone to blunders.
