Time Handicap

Hi, is this possible to play unrated games with a friend with a Time Handicap for the better player ?

You have this little + button next to the clock of your opponent.
It adds 15 seconds per click.
So if you wanna play for example an 1 minute vs 2 minutes game create an 1 minute game and click the + button 4 times.
