Help me out guys

Hi, guys how it's going
I have a very annoying problem that's getting me crazy
sometimes I woke up playing a very high-quality chess very decent level that I'm being happy about it
but this level never stay the same I have to get worse I don't know why
I'm always like very good then I'm very bad!
so what to do somebody helps me out
note: I'm playing too much bullet chess if this has something to do with it
start up some correspondence games? if you enjoy bullet then do what you enjoy!
if you have 1600 elo points in training you need to play classical game to play good quality game.
You haven't to play bullet games. You have nothing to learn in bullet game. It's fun chess only and the rating is a question of premove and with the touchpad your work is too hard.
Just a finished game with a longer time control of 1 minute.

There are many examples of not following general chess principles in this game. However I'm only going to mention the 34th move. You played Re7. Not only does this allow for a forced mate, but it severely restricts you rook and fails to gain counter play by Rb8 with a dangerous passed pawn.

Studying tactics and general rules-of-thumb should improve your game greatly, and, of course, study your own games and try to not make the same mistake twice.

Edit: Just looked at a recent game you are currently playing at 30+minutes. All beginners learn the knight fork on f7/c7/f2/c2. Once they learn this, they start playing h6(and the other similar moves) to prevent this maneuver. As you gain experience, you should learn when this move is unnecessary and just a weakening/wasteful move.
@jonesmh yes my friend you this move it's meant to save the pawn but it's was stupid
but I only realise that after I moved it
I'm trying to play slower games and analyze it
but with bullet games do I have to analyze them?
