I've been hovering around 2400 blitz here for months, if there are any elite players who were able to get beyond this I'd appreciate some advice for making the next improvement.

2600 from 2400 is not a sort of 'jump' dude! There's hardly any difference between the two.
Honestly how can it be that I would win like 0/100 games against you in bullet or blitz, but half in rapid ones? I think here is where your problem is. Try learning some chess instead of speed to get better. Clearly you are super fast already. A rapid rating of 2400 is easily achievable without a master title, been there once.

Great progress! Maybe take a break (like going on vacation, not playing chess at all? that helped me sometimes), get some courses, get a coach, play OTB. All nothing I can really say as I am not as good as you but yeah, that's all I am able to come up with.
