Funny thing is. I actually coach kids chess but it's a gig I started a few weeks ago after I played my first otb and got fourth place so I decided to actually embark on teaching kids chess since not many chess players make good teachers. The Knight's are tricky to understand and yea the pawn structure does affect the Knight as well for example Outposts...Most outposts are actually defended by pawns especially two pawns or so and when a Knight wants to maneuver to an outpost it has to consider the number of moves to get there and sometimes it may take a couple of moves which will cost you time but there's a way you'll consume time and still not be in too much trouble and guess that happens in which kinds of pawn structures,CLOSED pawn structure have you ever noticed in a Closed game where pawns lock each other it's usually the Knight's which are used more even if you check peoples games let's use the Advanced French for example...The French player makes up to 5 Knight moves in the opening because the structure is closed and they have time to make simple maneuvers from this square to the other and that's only made possible by the pawn structure which is closed so Knight's perform Better in Closed games than in Open Games and are usually the pieces with the most value at the time.

very well.
So I got you :)
In fact, you have this skill. Something that some masters do not have.
I really apologize for taking more and more of your time. My last question is, if you have knights, can you establish a meaningful relationship between the structure of pawns and knights? The same thing we can do when trading bishops considering the pawn structure?

Hmm that's a good question.A relationship between Knight's and Pawns I have actually never thought about it,usually I'm focused on my opponent's pieces so I guess it never crossed my mind. I'll do my research and if I find anything I'll let you know and I don't mind helping a fellow chess player it's my pleasure.

Aren't the first two available as free document on Internet? (just asking) Have you checked Internet well?
Hello, I think to improve in the middlegame one needs to master the middlegame concepts! How to Win at Chess by levy rozman would be my recommendation! It's taken my game up by at least 50 ELO which doesn't sound like a lot but at least I'm happier! :)
